To me the police is so mindbogglingly incompetent that it is almost funny. Have they never read any crime novels? Even I would know what to do, and I am just a person that started reading Agatha Christie when I was about 12 and have been reading crime novels since (about 50 years). The whole police department should have been fired for incompetence and lack of thinking. This is one of the cases that should have been solved but probably never will be because those that should have didn’t. It is so sad.
Love your podcast, I binge listen now and then and it is always interesting to hear your take on some of the cases that I have heard of lots of times before.
