You talk about Karen’s Reed memory of Jan 28,2022. “if she was drunk…(ie like black out drunk) or if she was not black-out drunk which would mean that she intentionally did this or did that??!!…..There are several other mental states that Karen was likely experiencing….She claims to have had 4 drinks that night, she was also John O’Keefe’s designated driver… My question (and hypothesis) is that Karen was less drunk than John… so what has been determined to be his BAC?? My hypothesis is that her BAC was less….I do not view Karen Read as a reckless person or an irresponsible drunken fool…. no one achieves her status in life at 45 years old with those behavioral problems.
I do believe that Karen was stressed that evening. She had to be asking herself why the sudden friendliness from Higgins, McCabes and Chris Albert…What was John’s mental state that night? My point, she was likely stressed, became more stressed when John did not reply to her texts and phone calls. Got angry when he did not respond or come out of the house and drove away furious… She was likely still furious on Sunday at 530 AM. confused, concerned and when she saw his body on the lawn, saw his battered condition. She lost all her memory. She was instantly traumatized. Whatever may have come from her mouth over the next many hours were statements from a woman in extreme pain, anguish, bewilderment…Have you ever “blacked-out” like that? I can tell you that I have. It’s the trauma of war. It’s the trauma of being surrounded by the corpses of the people that you loved, gone. I think you podcast is totally unfair to be spinning the hours after Karen’s discovery of John’s body as an admission of guilt.
How would it have been if Karen had stayed in her warm bed that Sunday morning and got the news that John’s body had been discovered on the Albert’s front lawn? Lets just remove Karen from all that happened and use the evidence that she was back at John’s house at 12:36 as reported by the WiFi at John’s house. Karen had no involvement with John after 12:36. If she had hit him his body would have been visible to everyone that entered and exited the Albert’s home after 12:36. Lucky the snowplow driver passed 34 Fairview 3 times at approx. 03:00 AM and didn’t see the body.

What are the chances that John said something like maybe I will go to Bella’s walked that direction of that house and that’s what initiated the rage/back up. Does it fit?
