  1. Thoughts on inbound/outbound call tracking… What initially popped into my mind when you were discussing the notation regarding inbound calls not being useful for data location was that it sounds like a footnote listing a limitation of a data location test conducted by AT&T. Could it be that AT&T ran a test on data location using outbound calls as the default (like the case expert), overlooked the opportunity to test the reverse with inbound calls, and rather than taking additional time/resources (as a corporation would want to minimize) to extend the test they added a footnote to document the fact that inbound data was not tested potentially mislabeling it as “not reliable” (at least from the findings of this test) rather than undetermined? Just a theory from a former science major with 10+ years of call center (and product testing) experience. Love the show and the hosts’ thoughtful analysis.
