Thanks for your extremely clear and comprehensive presentation. Do you guys think that the unorthodox prosecutorial tactics being deployed now could damage or put the state’s case at risk on an appeal down the road? Presumably R.A. has some kind of representation that is also signing off on this course of action (?)
