Can you please do a legal briefs episode on the trial of Darrell Brooks currently going on? Would love to hear why you think the judge has found him competent to stand trial and represent himself despite the obvious signs of some sort of mental illness he is displaying as he continually has tantrums and acts like a child, getting himself kicked out of the courtroom. Is this just going to lead to an appeal for his behaviour later, and is that his intention?
Thanks

He’ll appeal. He’ll lose. It’s a common tactic that never works.
